Q1 : How far in advance can we make a booking?
A : Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Our suggestion is to make a reservation at least 2 and a half months in advance. It is ideal to book sooner If you have a specific date in mind.
Q2 : How can I ask questions?
A : Phone call is not available. Please send us an email for any questions. We will send our brochure with the details. We will try to reply within the next day, if you do not hear from us in 2-3 business days, please send us another email to ‘info@noivawedding.com’ .
Q3 : How can I make a reservation?
A : Please check our availability via email and you will be able to make a ‘tentative reservation’, valid for one week. Please send back the Application and the deposit ¥50,000 (or full payment) via bank transfer and the booking will be finalized.
Q4 : Can I cancel the booking and ask for a refund after the contract is made?
A : You will be able to cancel your booking, however, the deposit will not be refunded. If you ordered other merchandises, the payment is required in full price. ¥30,000 to adjust the date after the contract is made. Photo-shoot will be rescheduled in case of typhoons and unavoidable circumstances with no charges. More details are available in our brochure.
Q5 : How can I change the plan at the last minute?
A : Changing fee will be charged for changing the plan after the application form is submitted.
① One month prior to the photo-shoot ¥10,000
② 15days prior to the photo-shoot ¥30,000
③ One week prior to the photo-shoot ¥50,000
④ Less than one week to the day of the photo-shoot ¥100,000
* For the changing of the Chapel, Shrine, and other outsourced order may not be able to change.
Q6 : Why isn’t a phone call available?
A : We believe via email is the best way to communicate since our staff is not fluent in English. We are sorry in advance that it may take a little bit of time for us to reply to some emails.
Q7 : How can I make a payment?
A : The payment needs to be made via bank transfer.
Q8 : What language we will be communicating with?
A : It will be in English. However, our English speaking staff is not fluent in English, we will prepare a translation device as well.
Q9 : Can I request a translator?
A : Yes, it is possible to request English -speaking translator. Please send us an inquiry via email.
Q10 : How long does it take for the photos / album to be delivered?
A : All data (except the same angles and expressions) will be uploaded in one month and we will send the download link via email. However, if you choose “Photo Editing” option, it will take two and a half months. Album will be bound after the clients choose the photos and will be sent after placing the order. It will take one and a half months to be delivered after placing the order.
Q11 : How can I get the data earlier?
A : It takes time to select the photos ( cut the same angles and expressions ) and process one picture at a time. You can request the rush process for ¥10,000, the photo process will be done in around one week.
Q12 : How many pictures can I have?
A : It depends on the Plan A~C you choose. All the selected data will be on Data DVD (similar posing, facing will be excluded).
Q13 : Is a bouquet included?
A : Yes. Artificial flowers or dried flowers bouquet is available and included.
Q14 : What will happen if it rains on the photo shoot day?
A : It will be replaced to the studio shoot (3 backgrounds included). Please note that the refund is not available.
Q15 : Photo-shoot would be continued if it was cloudy on the outside photo-shoot day?
A : As long as it is not raining, we will continue the photo-shoot. We do not do the “blue sky” photo editing.
Q16 : Can I do the fireworks on the beach?
A : Fireworks are prohibited because the beach is maintenance facility.
Q17 : Can I order an album too?
A : Yes. You can order in advance or decide when you see the actual products once you get to Okinawa.
Q18 : Can I take pictures with my kids and parents?
A : Yes. If you wish to take pictures with your kids, you will have to ask to have a person to look after them. Babysitters can be arranged from ¥15,000~.
Q19 : Do you have dresses for kids?
A : No. Please bring dresses to wear for your kids.
Q20 : What kind of places we will be taking pictures at?
A : We have many backgrounds available at the studio. The rooftop on the studio, streets and we have the course available for an Okinawan beautiful beach, chapel, and shrine.
Q21 : Can I request to do the sunset photo-shoot at the beach?
A : In general, we provide daylight photo-shoot. However, you are able to choose “sunset beach shoot” as an option for ¥10,000. Please check the application form.
Q22 : Can I request the scenery I want to do the photo-shoot with?
A : No. We can only have photo-shoots at our suggested locations in the plans.
Q23 : Can I do the photo-shoot on Saturdays and Sundays?
A : No, we can’t. These plans are only for Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Q24 : Can I still have photo-shoot during my pregnancy?
A : Yes. However, depending on the months and sizes, it could be difficult to arrange the dresses. We recommend you to talk to your Dr in advance for outside shooting as well.
Q25 : Is facial beauty and body slim effects, filters available?
A : To capture the ‘Natural Beauty’ is the most popular way in Japan. However, if you wish to add those effects, you will be able to select them from the options.
Q26 : I am concerned about the “Hair Arrangement” and “Make Up”.
A : If you have any requests, please bring the images on the photo-shoot day.
Q27 : What kind of dresses do you have?

Q28 : What sizes are available for dresses?
A : Main dresses are from size 7~9. However, some of size 6~13 are available. For Groom we mainly have ‘Medium’ and some ‘S~3XL’ are available. Any special requests or maternity dresses, please contact us in advance. We may ask for you to prepare a shirt, shoes, or some items if necessary.
Q29 : Can I try on dresses in advance?
A : No. You will choose 3 dresses from the catalogue and try them on then select 1 dress on the day of the shoot.
Q30 : Can I bring my own dresses, accessories, and other stuff?
A : Yes. No fee is necessary. However, we do not have the service to receive or keep in advance, please bring them with you and keep them secure.
Q31 : Are shoes, accessories, underwear and other small items for the photo-shoot is included?
A : Yes. All the necessary items for the photo-shoot is included.
Q32 : Can I add more dresses?
A : Yes. You can add at ¥20,000 per dress.
Q33 : Can I get my nails done as well?
A : No, we do not provide nail services.
Q34 : Can I bring my family and friends?
A : Yes you can bring up to 5 people (Due to the transportation bus capacity).
Q35 : I want to have a wedding with my family. Can you arrange a restaurant wedding?
A : Yes. Please send us an email for more details.
Q36 : Do you have tuxedos?
A : Yes, white, colors, standard, casual, we have many options. You can try them on to decide on the day of the photo-shoot.
Q37 : Do you have a stylist for Men?
A : Yes. Hair Arrangement is included and to add Makeup is available for ¥10,000.
Q38 : Can I leave my stuff at your shop during the photo-shoot?
A : No because we won’t be able to take responsibility for missing or lost properties
Q39 : Can I take pictures with my camera?
A : Yes.
Q40 : Where can we eat during the photo-shoot?
A : Light meal is included. You will be able to eat on board.
Q41 : How can I get to the shop from the airport?
A : It is about 40 minutes from Naha airport with driving. We do not have a train or subway in Okinawa, please take a taxi if you are not driving. Please let us know if you need a tax pick up to be arranged.
Q42 : Do you have parking?
A : Yes. We have availability for 3 cars.
Q43 : Do you have hotels near by?
A : We are located 20 minutes from Naha city (Okinawa’s capital), and 10 minutes from Chatan town, there are many hotels available in that area.
